In 2023, the Communicable Diseases & Immunisation Conference is of a Hybrid format, this means that you have the option of attending the Conference in person in Perth or online via the Virtual Event Portal.

What is included in the F2F Conference registration fee?
We will be providing you with our traditional three day conference format, which includes live plenary and concurrent sessions.
Delegates will also be able to attend the networking function and exhibition booths located at the venue. In addition to the face-to-face components you will also have access to the online on demand content for viewing at your leisure.
You will also be able to connect with other delegates via our online Delegate Hub, which offers one-on-one text and video meetings throughout the Conference dates.

F2F Day Registration
Day registrations are now available for face-to-face delegates only. Please review the conditions of this type of registration below. Day registration is $399.00.
Please note:
Day registration is only available for one single day of the conference
The day registration cost is the same for each day of the conference ($399.00)
Welcome Function on Day 1 (Monday 19/6) is an optional additional cost ($65.00)
Conference Dinner on Day 2 (Tuesday 20/6) is an optional additional cost ($85.00)
Day registration is not available to Virtual delegates
No virtual access is provided with this registration type
No discount applies to the day registration cost for any membership or concession

What is included in the Virtual Conference registration fee?
We will be providing you with our traditional three day conference format, broken down into pre-recorded and live video sessions. You will not need to sit for three consecutive days to watch the content.
These will be made available for viewing both live and on-demand and will be available for a limited time after the official conference has concluded.
You can also connect with other delegates via our Meeting Hub, which offers one-on-one text and video meetings throughout the Conference dates.

Group Registration
Organisations will be able to arrange group bookings and invoices. This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple registrations.
As a Group Coordinator you will first need to create a login then you will be able to register and manage attendees.
